Description

In the cozy dining room, the beautiful ceremonial hall (50-200 seats), the historic barn (60 - 220 seats) and the exclusive gentlemen's room (10-40 seats), guests of Christians can celebrate the restaurant and indulge in culinary pleasures. In warm weather on the summer terrace is opened under chestnut trees.

Christian F Grainer is the only chef in Germany, which uses heat from hardwood. Special emphasis on the family Grainer premium cuts of meat and so you can enjoy venison from the woods church village. Even with berries and vegetables much emphasis is placed on regional freshness - ripe strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes, zucchini and peppers come straight from the garden.

The vaulted wine cellar, built in 1850, store over a thousand different white and red wines, including many rarities such as "Cheval Blanc" 1934 or 6 liter large bottle "Romanee Conti" of 1979.Der "great restaurant and hotel Guide "awarded the title of sommelier in 2010 because of this passion Christiane Eder.

In April 2013, a very special culinary highlight took place in Tom's Restaurant. With a magnificent 6-course dinner with fine wines, star chefs Harald Wohlfahrt cooked (Hotel Traube Tonbach) and Jörg Sackmann (Hotel Sackmann, Baiersbronn) together with Christian Grainer in "Christians Restaurant" in Kirchdorf b. Hague. With Austrian charm August F. Winkler led vinologisch through the program.

Grainer für Sie einfallen lässt. Ein Blick in das Weinbuch beweist, dass die Leidenschaft für gute Tropfen ebenso ausgeprägt ist wie die für erlesene Küche. Für diese Leidenschaft wurde Christiane Grainer von »Der Große Restaurant- und Hotel Guide« zur Sommelière 2010 gekürt: »Das kulinarische Erlebnis wäre ohne ihre exzellente Weinberatung nicht perfekt. Als kenntnisreiche Sommelière versteht sie es, mit Charme, Kompetenz und scheinbar spielerischer Leichtigkeit, den richtigen Tropfen zu empfehlen.« – so die Jury.
