The 32-year-old Hoberg has achieved something that only very few chefs succeed: After the first star in 2011, he was awarded the second star to the strict "Guide Michelin" inspectors directly in the following year, 2012. In the "Michelin Guide 2013" is available in Germany only 36 starred restaurants with two stars - and in Baden-Württemberg with the Ophelia in Constance only three.

Dirk Hoberg Ophelia has developed in a very short time to a remarkable culinary temple on Lake Constance. Hoberg continues its modern interpretations to local perspective. The game comes from the hunt, the fish mostly from the Lake Constance, the fruit and vegetables come exclusively from the island of Reichenau, on the even vegetables such as mini corn salad, especially for the Ophelia is grown. The menu of top restaurants are 10 dishes to choose from, from which the guest 4 - to 8-speed can compose menus.
